Villa Dalia
About the property
Modern and new, villa Dalia is ideal for family vacation! Decorated in modern style, it offers comfortable and unique spaces. Nearby the villa there are apartments primarily intended for family vacations, thus creating an atmosphere of harmony.
The villa is situated in a quiet location near the sea and has its own pool. The area around the house along the swimming pool, patio, is exclusively available to our guests. It includes space around the pool with deck chairs, pool and outdoor shower.
Half of the house is for rent, i.e. the right side (looking from the sea). The owner lives on the left side. The pool and terraces are available exclusively to guests.
We want you to ensure a pleasant and carefree holiday! You will find all the necessary equipment for the undisturbed stay in the house.
Terraces
All rooms in the villa have terraces. On the ground floor, terraces (37 m²) lead to the pool. On the first floor, there is a covered terrace (16 m²) with tables for dining and an electric barbecue. On the second floor, there is a large open terrace (11 m²) with comfortable rattan furniture, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the open sea.
Pool
The area where our guests, especially children, prefer to spend their time is definitely the pool (31 m²). It is surrounded by comfortable deck rattan chairs where you can really relax. The entire space is further surrounded by a high fence, ensuring privacy.
Rooms arrangement
There are three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms on the ground floor. Large kitchen and living room are situated on the first floor. The second, last floor has a bedroom with bathroom. Rooms are large, comfortable and enable the necessary privacy, as well as the joy of socializing.

Cleanness and brilliance of family facilities are our trademark. If you are lacking anything in our facilities, let us know and we will try to help! We will provide you with up to date brochures on local events. We try to take care of the harmony and coherence of our guests, creating an environment where everyone has their privacy without disturbing others.
Comfort comes first
Villa and apartments Dalia are equipped with new furniture that includes functional and well-equipped kitchen and comfortable, large beds. There is an air conditioning in all facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay during the summer heat. All facilities have well covered free Wi-Fi network.
Groups of young people and groups of friends are not allowed! Noise is not allowed; the house is situated in a quiet street!

The minimum stay is 7 days. Guest check-ins and check-outs are on Saturday.
All the prices are in Euro.
The prices are per apartment per day and include all the utilities (water, gas, electricity, WIFI, linen, bath towels) and final cleaning.
Reservation cancellation policy: In case of reservation cancellation for apartment up to 45 days before arrival Dalia will refund the full amount of the advance payment. After that time period Dalia will keep the whole advance payment amount.
Payment details: The payment is made in two installments. A 20% deposit is paid in advance upon booking. The rest of the amount is to be paid through the bank transfer latest 30 days before arrival.
The payment is to be effectuated to the foreign exchange account using the bank transfer:
